Question RAM is stuck at 2133mhz

Hi, I am really having trouble with my ram, I'm using G-skill trident z 3600mhz and its showing that I am at 2133mhz. I updated my BIOS, set my XMP and even switch ram slots from 1&3 to 2&4 and still it is showing 2133mhz. I am currently using Aorus B450 Pro Wifi motherboard. Please help, what should I try next?

Do you have more than 1 XMP profile to choose from? You can try another XMP profile and test.

Does the bios also show 2133?

Perhaps clear the bios and retest.

Check what it is running at, using CPU-Z. Task manager can be flaky sometimes.
