[SOLVED] Ram Isnt running at 3000mhz while using all 4 dim slots and only runs 3000mhz when using 2 dim slots

Recently upgraded a new motherboard from 2 to 4 dim slots and well my ram is running at 2113 mhz when using all my ram sticks. Yet when I then remove 2 of the ram sticks to run dual it works perfectly fine and doesnt do a fake boot.
My motherboard is a msi b450 a pro max and memory is 4 ram sticks of 8 gigs patriot viper.

Issue #1 you didn't buy four matched DIMMs. There is no guarantee that the DIMMs will even work at all.
Issue #2 you have a Ryzen CPU. They are much more finicky than Intel. You might be able to manually set timing and voltage, but there is no easy answer. It is trial and error.
