Hi there. Anyone know what I've done wrong?

My memory is posting terrible speeds from this Aida64 Cache & Memory benchmark.

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz (PC4-19200) C14 (CMK32GX4M4A2400C14))

Quad channel configured in A1 B1 C1 D1.
I have done a BIOS flash to the latest version (2101).

On both BIOS versions I have tried default factory RAM setup (2133) in BIOS
as well as the XMP 2400 profile @ 14, 16, 16, 31 2T that it was sold and packaged as.

I've tried removing all overclocks and doing the original "Optimised defaults".

CPU-Z screenshots of Memory & SPD tabs can be seen here >> http://i.imgur.com/sHnSDzu.jpg

My FPS in games has been about 50% of what it should be. I noticed in Firestrike my CPU Physics test was very poor and initially I thought it was the CPU. But now that I've seen this stuff going on with the RAM it looks like it could be the culprit?

PC Specs:
**CPU** Intel Core i7 5820k (OC 4.4ghz @ 1.22v)
**CPU COOLER** Corsair H110i GTX
**MOTHERBOARD** Asus X99-A/USB 3.1 ATX LGA2011-3
**MEMORY** Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4-2400
**VIDEO CARD** EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB HYBRID
**STORAGE** Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB SSD
**PSU** EVGA SuperNOVA 1000G2 1000W

Hey mate, firstly thanks for responding!

I've updated the original post to answer your questions and provided all new screenshots of CPU -Z Memory & SPD tabs.

Basically I've tried default and XMP profiles on 2 versions of BIOS with no luck.

Give memtest86+ a go. First off, it will tell you if you have a defective DIMM, and secondly, it also shows what bandwidth it can get from your memory in the top left of the screen. This eliminates Windows as a variable if nothing else.

Thanks, will try this tonight and post results. Currently manually set at 1.2v as per the RAM specs.

Thanks for the comment. I've made the bootable USB for this and will let it run overnight.
I started a test before realising how long it takes and noticed that at the bottom of the top left info it said the speed was around 3000 mb/s again. Cache info looked real high and normal.

It's also using the XMP Profile #2 @ 2666mhz to test despite BIOS using profile #1 @ 2400mhz and CPU-Z / HWinfo showing I'm using 2400mhz.

I'll confirm these comments when I retest tonight.

No luck with this unfortunately. Same result.

Was already using XMP Profile 1 but I had it all set manually instead of using the EZ auto method.
XMP Profile 1 - 2440mhz. 14-16-16-31 @ 1.200v

Then I changed it to 1.25v as you suggested along with the VCC (+0.05) from 1.05v to 1.1v

So I kept these settings you suggested in your previous response and tried changing to CL to 15 instead of 14 and it didn't like it.
Turned off and on 3 times before posting and it's reset all my OCs to factory.

Memtest86+ results:

10 hrs. 11/10 tests completed. 0 errors.
Does that seem right?

Memory @ 1924 mb/s

Before starting memtest86 I had reverted back to optimised defaults in BIOS to ensure that it's not the OC causing anything.
It's currently on the factory JEDEC settings 2133mhz 15-15-15-36 2T. Everything else like voltages on Auto.
