Ram issue, not working.

I bought 1x4 Gb ram and is not working my pc keeps rebooting when i installed it, The model is Ttranscend 4GB DDR3 1333 U-DIMM 2Rx8 VLP I installed it alongside a kingston kvr ram 2gb 667MHZ, i know your not supposed to mix and mach ram but they should work, please help.

I have H61 chipset in my dell inspiron pc which i believe does not support high density RAM, but i have had no problems using high density G.Skill Ripjaws X.
One of them is 1333 MHz and the 2nd, 1600 MHz but they work just...
G41 Chipset motherboards uses low-density memory. Most all memory manufacturers have discontinued that kind of memory.

Initially i had problems. PC would not boot but after reseating the RAM and GPU i got it to work again.
