Ram issues 4 ram dont start my pc

Hello,i buy new components and build a new pc ....
I7-6700
Asus Strix Z270F gaming
16 Gb DDR4 Ram
And i have a problem . I use 3 Ram my pc start ....and i use 4 x Ram my pc dont turn on ....lights and fan turn on and pc dont turn on
....i search on forums and i dont find something good ...please help :/ ps sorry for bad English

Does it matter which 3 sticks you use? Perhaps one of the four sticks is bad.
Another thing to check is if all slots work. Take one sticks that works, and try each of the four slots separately.

Ok, so the problem is pinpointed. Most likely faulty motherboard, but there is also small chance the problem is caused by CPU.
