Ram issues 8gb

Have 2x4 Ram sticks in my motherboard. Bios senses that i have the full 8gb. Windows says I have 8gb installed but only 3.95 usable. Not sure why an entire stick is being used for something. Making it impossible to even play LoL.

You should be on the Windows 64Bit Os Not the 32Bit
you have to reflash your windows like windows 10 64Bit
