RAM issues with 32 bit programs

I am running terraria which is 32 bit with several mods. The game requires more than the 4GB 32bit program limit and I have 24 GBs of ram in my pc. Is there any possible way either via program or setting or at all that I can allocate more ram to the 32 bit program pool in general? Is it possible to use any RAM patch for my 32 bit terraria program? If so I would love a link to such program or patch thank you.

Impossible. If it's a 32-bit .exe, it can't allocate more then 4GB address space, period. This sounds like a mod problem to me.

Ah I was afraid of that.. Alright then well thank you for the help! Its nice to know I can come to this forum and know there are other techs here like me that can help!
