Question ram issues

Hi all, well i have a problem with the frequency of ram. I have one single module (for now) PG® DDR4 16GB 3000MHz Spectrix D41 RGB in the A1 Ranure. but only works in 2666 mhz. then i go to the asus bios, active d.o.c.p and put in 3000mhz, reset pc, and blue screen appear. so whats is wrong??

mobo: asus tuf x570 plus wifi
gpu: asus rtx 2080 super
cpu: ryzen 7 3700x.

Have you tried manually setting speed, voltage and primary timings advertised? If manually setting timnings doesn't work try leaving it on auto and setting just 2933/3000Mhz. If you can get it to run and boot into Windows with manual settings, run memetest86 to see if you get errors. If you get errors at 3000Mhz, reset the ram to 2133Mhz or auto on everything (as long as it's 2133Mhz) and run memtest86 again. If you get errors at 2133Mhz, you may have a faulty module and should consider getting an RMA replacement or get a refund/exchange and buy a dual module kit for dual channel mode. https://www.memtest86.com/
 
Well i read de manual of asus x570 mobo adnd says if one single ram you must put it in the A2 socket. I dis that and put the 3000mhz in bios.. and works!! No blue screen for now, so that was the problem?..
