Hello,

I'm Ilan westerhof and Recently I checked my ram speed since i was getting stutter in games like csgo when youtube was open on my second screen, my fps would still be over 300 and my ping would be under 30 yet youtube made me stutter. I then noticed that the ram was running at 2400mhz, eventhough it's advertised to run at 3200, When i used the ''Memory try it'' setting to set the ram to 3200 it crashed and I had to reset the CMOS. same story applies for when I tried to put the ram at 2933, my processor is the r7 3700x, gpu is the rx 5700 xt and i rock 16gb of ddr4 3200 hyperx predator rgb ram. Does anyone know how i can put my ram to 3200 without me having to reset my CMOS which would just put it back?
I would really love to be able to listen to youtube and play csgo at the same time, as i should be able to.

Greetings: Ilan Westerhof.

Did you set the xmp profile in bios?? I'm not familiar with amd cpus but for intel ram speeds are set to default 2133mhz or something similar until using xmp
