RAM keeps randomly dropping while gaming

Hello, recently I have been playing games such as Rust and Rocket league and while I'm playing them, the games suddenly freeze for a few seconds and become unresponsive. While playing Rust, I happened to have my task manager out and noticed on my secondary monitor that Rust's RAM usage was at it's normal 2GB range when all of a sudden the ram dropped to about 38MB or so and starts increasing backup to the 2GB range again. I can't say the same for Rocket League as I haven't had the task manager out while playing, but I'm assuming it's the same problem.

(P.S. I've ran MemTest86 and have ran into no errors.)

MOBO: ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8350
RAM: Kingston HyperX 16GB (2x8) 1600Mhz
GPU: ASUS GTX 960

Let me know if any additional information is needed. Thanks.

Tried Reinstalling Ram on Motherboard ?
You must have two Black Slots and Two Blue for Ram. Keep Them both in same colored slots and try going from blue to black or vice versa if placed in black.

I raised the voltage up 0.05, hopped on Rust, and after 10-15 minutes of playing the game froze for 10 seconds and the RAM went from 2.9GB to 138MB. I will test with Rocket League and see if the RAM is also causing the few second lag spikes. Thank you for the help.

I ran MemTest86 for 12hrs and came across no errors. I set my memory timings to the exactly as they should be and still I get these lag spikes. I have noticed that when I was playing the game FireWatch the lag occured, but when I was playing Dead Space 2 it didn't lag once. Could Windows not be working correctly?
