I got another identical ram stick to the one that is in my system today so I went to install it. I powered off my system installed the ram then the powered it on and now the cpu debug light is on. I have tried reseating the cpu, reinstalling the old stick of ram by itself, resetting the CMOS, cycling the power, and unplugging all my components and plugging them back in. The power button on the front IO does not turn the pc off so it may be a dead CPU but I dont know what caused it. If you guys have any suggestions or answers lemme know.

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G

MOBO: MSI B350M Pro-VDH

RAM : Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4-2666 mhz

You will really need access to an identical system to test and troubleshoot. I suspect the motherboard, can you try your CPU on a friend's motherboard? Maybe you can take it to a computer repair shop and have them test it for you?
