Question RAM lights and cpu lights on

Hello guys, today I changed PC case and when I opened my PC with the new case I got black screen, both lights above ram were lit and RAM and CPU lights were flashing. I changed to one RAM at a time to see if one of them is defective and both work fine. I saw also in this forum someone to suggest putting the RAM together to A1A2 that works too and the pc is reading both RAM, but thats not the right way to use them plus if I'd like to upgrade and have 2 more I would probably couldnt.

Has anyone have any idea of whats going on? The PC is brand new I've got it less than a month. Thanks in advance ^^

Yes it does, it also boots up if I put 2 rams in the first 2 slots.

Does 1 stick work in every slot? Rule out the slot in the motherboard still works, specifically B1 if that is the problem slot.

It boots on A1 and A2 not in B1,B2 neither of them. And cpu - ram lights are flashing when the ram is plugged in.

Then sounds like you need to RMA your motherboard

Yes, if it’s been less than 30 days contact the place you bought it. If it’s been longer you need to contact the manufacturer
