Question Ram lights on but pc wont turn on

My Ram lights are on and when I turn my pc on from the switch everything flashes but when I press the button to turn it on nothing happens but I still have the front panel connectors plugged in correctly and this has only happened since installed new lian li strimer cables

What if you take the new cables out?

Tried that still same issue also took out ram so there was only 1 stick no change so far'
