RAM maxing out and I don't know why

My ram is maxing out for some reason and I don't know why. I checked the resource monitor and when I added up all of the usage, it was only about 2GB used versus the 9GB that the monitor says it is using. I have tried reseating the ram and still nothing. Can anyone help?

It's perfectly normal to be utilizing 60% ish. It's just the way Windows 10 works, and the new memory management module that uses it as a cache like the old pagefile method. I wouldn't worry too much.

If you don't like windows doing its thing you can disable it by turning off SuperFetch in the menu/system settings. You have to go and REGEDIT the setting.
