its all fine dont worry , your mobo can handle low voltage 1,35V , normal voltage 1,50 and 1,65V

is this faster i thought lowr cas mean faster
i was going to choice 2133 cas 11 but some told me to buy 2133 cas9
which is faster

and are u sure there is no need to woory for that voltage error i mean i can chage if u want
soory its my first build that y woorying too much .

Will be perfectly fine, the norm for DRAM 2133 and up is 1.6-1.65 and it's safe...additionally CL9 is low for 2133, these are considered high performance 2133 sticks
