RAM mixing and upgrading

So I currently have this ram:

I was going to upgrade to this:

Would I be better keeping both in or just using the new one or don't upgrade at all, I mostly play FPS but I will be playing GTA 5 soon so I'm not sure what to do.

My motherboard is here

The specs for the RAM I currently have:
FSB: DRAM 1:6
CAS#Latency: 11.00 clocks
cycle time: 28 clocks.

No do not ever mix RAM. Get the upgrade, Gaming RAM will almost always beat the standard RAM, You will notice some better performance but maybe not in today's games

Would you recommend getting 16gb?
I spend most of my time of CSGO, but I plan to play GTA 5 and at this point my RAM seems to be the weakest link in my PC. I don't plan to do any video rendering but the motherboard does support dual channel. What RAM would you recommend? I was also looking at the hyper X fury and hyper x savage.

From personal exp I would say get this, 2 sticks of RAM is better than 1 also http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004V3TM8S/?tag=pcp0f-21

If you arent video editing than 16gbs is far to much RAM to have, and GTA 5 wouldn't use more than 4gbs RAM but 8gbs is good for the future

2 sticks of RAM are better than one for dual channel memory and mixing isn't too bad.
