Question RAM/Mobo problems — help pls!

I wasn’t really sure whether to put this under the mobo section or not, though I have a problem where my computer was working perfectly fine, though I reseated some ram to put a new one in, but now it won’t go back in and the levers don’t go all the way down. I’ve tried pushing it as hard as I could though the levers won’t budge and along with it, my input signal doesnt connect to my pc and neither does the stuff stuck in my USB ports (keyboard, mouse etc.) , though the pc is running fine, just no display. Please help!!!
