RAM module physicai clearance question

If I'm using two sticks of G.Skill Trident Z 3200MHz DDR4 RAM, would it be physically obstructed by the gigantic Noctua NH-D15 CPU heatsink and fan?

did you check on the motherboard manual witch slot you gone need to put them in they might be to high for first slot and cooler you could find all needed specs for clearance on the ram and cooler maker .

I have an Asrock Fatal1ty Gaming K6 Z370 motherboard.

Should I be able to fit the cooler above my memory?

if you use only the middle you would but not with front one on use this model you could put a 120 mm fan in front and ram will fit https://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/nh-d15s

Can I raise the fan up slightly above the memory to give it a little bit more clearance?

not to much or it will loose it cooling effect .
