RAM / Motherboard Compatibility

Hi guys,

CPU: i7 2600k
RAM: 8gb (2x4GB)
Motherboard: gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3 (not sure if 1.0 or 1.3)
Bios: Never flashed, don't know enough about it to do it safely

I've recently decided to upgrade my RAM to 16 GB (2x8 GB). I was wondering if (Kingston Hyper X 16gb (2x8GB) Kit DDR3 1866Mhz - HX318C10FBK2/16) was compatible? If not, any recommendations as to what RAM I should get?
