[SOLVED] Ram not appearing as 32GB

Hi there,

For some reason my RAM is appearing as 32 on top but 16 below. Windows also only uses max 16 gb.
Any help is appreciated

They are all the exact same kit, i installed an NVME as a second drive and then this happened.
I am using windows 11

So to phrase this correctly it sees all 32GB but the system just took 16GB for reserve that i cannot use now?

So you have 4 of those (two pairs of two) installed?

Sometimes, updating your motherboard BIOS to the most recent version (or re-updating in the event already at the most recent version) will correct this issue.

Also, verify that all installed memory sticks are fully inserted into the motherboard slots and locked into position.
