[SOLVED] Ram not being used?

Recently i installed a new cooler, and when doing checks I noticed my ram looked weird.

Any help?

If you have 32GB of RAM, make sure the RAM sticks are properly seated in the slots.
Power off and unplug the power cord before working in your PC.
