[SOLVED] Ram not detected after cleaning cpu

Hi, I noticed my cpu cooler was dusty, so I took it out to clean it. My cpu ended up getting stuck to it, so I put both the cpu and cooler back in afterwards. Once I put everything back together, only half of my ram shows up in windows. Cpu-z detects the ram, but when I look at each individual slot, slots 1 and 2 have the exact same info, as well as 3 and 4. Did I break something? Is there a bios setting that got reset? Using a gigabyte b450 aorus pro motherboard with a ryzen 2600x and 4 8gb sticks of ram.

also happens with xmp enabled or disabled.

Try these:
Clear cmos
if that doesn't work
Check the cpu for broken/bent pins.
