Hello!

I have been having problems with my pc restarting on its own while playing games. I bought new ram because it was not able to boot with the other stick installed only. Now it is booting fine on 2 sticks of ram but detecting only one witch is the far right one. What are the normal troubleshooting options for this? Mayby a dead slot??? Second stick installed on B2 second from the left.

Asus radeon 5700 xt tuf x3 ( i know it is <<edited>> but not the problem)

Asus prime x570-p

2x8 3200mhz cl16 hyperx fury ram

corsair rm750 psu

ryzen 5 3600

corsair h100i rgb platinum aio cooler

Hopefully you guys have some ideas thx in advance.

both stick work in the far right slot only?
either the motherboard issue or the cpu cooler is too tight
Ok so i tried once more to install the ram to slot B2 2nd from left. It didnt work last time but it booted. It read the ram in the slot that didnt work in before. Then i install the second ram stick in hopes of getting dual channel memory. And it worked!

The motherboard read both of the modules i set the auto oc to 3200mhz and the timings to 16 and i am in windows typing this message. I am going to have to do some gaming before i fully confirm the pc to be functional. I really do hope so! And thx for trying to help!
