Question RAM not recognised ?

I bought some new RAM but after installing it none of the new sticks are being read by motherboard.

I have asus x99a mother board with i7 processor.

RAM is compatible with motherboard according to my user manual .

Ive tried 3 different types of RAM, all compatible according to my manual . I've tried reseating and rearranging them in different slots. Also tried putting them in individually still no luck.

Any ideas would be very appreciated

They are not visible in the bios at all in fact when i put them in alone the pc doesnt even boot.

Cmos reset meaning remove battery amd power from motherboard for a minute ?

You put RAM back in one by one, but first, you check if the motherboard sounds like a beep. Follow my instruction. If any problem in it then contact me. Thanks

I have 4 x 8gb kingston hyperX chips 2133 mhz

on the module is a type number, it starts with HX………
