ram not recognized

so, i just bought Corsair Value Select 4GB DDR3 RAM for my notebook, but when i installed it BIOS and Windows didn't detect the new memory and only display 4gb of integrated memory
my notebook is Asus A451LN, only CPU-Z on the SPD tab detected my new memory

the other 4gb ram was integrated to the mobo, the integrated ram was 4GB DDR3 PC-12800, i don't know actually, i can't find any compatibility list for my laptop

Is the memory of the same speed?
