Question Ram not run at max speed on Acer AN515-57

I bought Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 ( i5-11400H, RTX3050, 8GB RAM DDR4-3200MHZ ) one month ago. And a few days ago, i prepared to upgrade more one stick of RAM, so i used CPU-Z to check my bus RAM. On memory tab, it show me that DRAM frequency is 798.1MHZ (it means RAM is running at 1600MHZ?), but in task manager, i still see bus RAM is 3200MHZ.
Then, i upgrade my laptop with a stick of 8GB RAM DDR4-3200MHZ of Kingmax. And i check CPUZ again, this time DRAM frequency is only 731.6MHZ. And in task manager, bus RAM is 2933MHZ. I also check my memory clock by HWinfo, it shows me that memory clock is 1463.1 MHZ (the same with CPU-Z: 731.6 x 2 ~ 1463.1MHZ)
I've tried to config bus RAM in BIOS, but BIOS of my laptop has no option for config bus RAM.
Some one got the same problems with me on AN515-57?
Some how can my laptop run at max speed of RAM? (

I updated the lastest BIOS (v1.09). But the problem of the speed of RAM existed before I upgraded the RAM, even now if I install 1 stick of RAM, the DRAM frequency will only be 798.1MHZ.

2 different sticks of ram may never play nice together.

I have tried swapping 2 sticks of RAM or installing each stick of the 2 sticks, but neither of them reach the maximum speed

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/46482253 this is my userbenchmark when i install 2 sticks of RAM, I see speed of RAM is 20.3GB/s and 16.4GB/s. I compare with several other test with 2 sticks of DDR3-1600 RAM on this site, it has the same value, ~ 20GB/s. For others test of 2 sticks of DDR4-3200 RAM on this site, the result ~30-40GB/s. I think my laptop is running on ~ 1600MHZ.

Sounds right.
A single stick shows 3200.
When you put 2 mismatched sticks in the pc the fastest the bios can get the 2 sticks to play nice together is 2933.

If you really want 2 sticks and 3200 speed shop for a 2x8GB kit.

I think it's not the point. Before i upgrade, the CPU-Z show the DRAM is only 798.1MHZ. And in userbenchmark, my RAM has speed over 10GB/s ~ the same with other DDR3-1600MHZ Ram.
And now, it is not run with 2933MHZ. Do you watch the userbenchmark? My laptop is still run at 1600MHZ.
My laptop never ever run with 3200MHZ or 2933MHZ.

I have this problem too with acer nitro 5 an515-57-556r and ram running at 1600mhz. Bcz this model is new there is no info about this problem anywhere

i have already updated bios to the latest version 1.10 and chipset driver.... its literally running at 1600mhz just like raijinryuu mentioned

I have the same problem as you but until now I don't know the solution, have you found it?

You have to buy the RAM has the same rock and bus.
Ex: the stock ram in your laptop show 1rx8 - bus RAM 3200hz then you have to buy the RAM has the same info like the stock one then your laptop can run dual channel 3200hz.
