Ram not running at correct speeds

So I've had my computer for over a year now and feel dumb for having just run memtest. Only reason I'm running it now is because I have been getting BSOD. However, I think the system restore I did fixed that issue.

When I ran it, it states my 16 gb of crucial ballistix 1600 mhz ram is running at 800 mhz. Am I supposed to go into uefi and change the speeds myself?

Solution
some memory programs read ddr-2 and ddr-3 at there bus speed. (1333/667 1600/800). if cpu-z shows the same 800 bus speed then your fine.
