Ram not running at rated speed

I bought some 3200 MHz (2x4gb) sticks of corsair lpx vengeance but it is only running at 2133 even though i changed it in the bios, so in the bios it says running at 3200 in the ram settings but at the top of the bios it says the ram is running at 2133 and if i check the ram speed while the computers going it displays as 2133. how do properly change ram speed is there something I'm missing

I will assume a Ryzen build with this issue, try setting ram at 3ghz instead, mine wont go any higher on current bios's

i have changed it but it is still running at 2133, do i have to change the voltage or something
