MY Gskill trident 4266mhz Ram is only running at 2133mhz and ive tried enabling DCOP profile which just shuts down the Pc it tries to reboot 3/4 times then just Turns off and returns Bios settings back to default if anyone could help that would be great

Thanks in Advance

Three things determine max RAM speed in a system: internal CPU memory controller, the RAM itself, and the motherboard. All three must support the maximum speed you are trying to attain, so a deficiency in any one will reduce the speed the default speed. It doesn't matter what speed is advertised if all three items don't support it.

4400(O.C)/4000(O.C.)/3866(O.C.)/3600(O.C.)/3466(O.C.)/3200/3000/2800/2666/2400/2133 MHz Un-buffered Memory

try the other supported speed?
I tried to use the 4000mhz one and still same outcome

With Ryzen it's important to have your RAM speed on a 1:1 speed with the the infinity fabric (fclk)on the cpu. 3600mhz will allow for 1800mhz fclk which is pretty common. 3800mhz will allow for 1900mhz which is a roll of the dice if it will work. 4000mhz+ is uncommon.

I'd shoot for 3600-3800mhz for the ram, anything above that will be unlikely. If the FCLK is out of sync you'll be losing significant performance, even with very high ram speed.

Once you settle on a stable speed you can potentially continue to adjust timings for additional performance at that speed. But it does require a fair amount of trial, testing to see what works without errors.
