I recently upgraded from my i7 4790k to a ryzen 5 3600, I have 16gbs of corsair vengeance 3600mhz RAM but no matter what I do in the bios it runs at 2133mhz if I try put it up to 3600mhz my system won't boot at all just keeps resetting itself until eventually defaults to 2133mhz anyone else experienced this issue, is my ram faulty?

Solution
Not faulty ram. Ram must be installed in sertain slots to obtain sertain speeds. If installed in wrong slots, minimum speed is at default. Most mobo's work with slot 2 and 4. If all slots are occupied, max speed cant be obtained
