It could be support kingston 16gb ddr4 ram (2133p mhz)on Asus z370p motherboard.

That RAM should work fine on the Asus Z370p....try it, it won't damage anything...Try 1 stick first....and when it works stick the other one in...

Those memory not supported because of server ram.

Aha, yep server EEC ram will not work on Intel mainstream...sorry, you did not put the model number, normally any Crucial DDR4 should work except of course server RAM..
