Okay, so i've recently noticed when i opened CPU-Z that my RAM is running at 1064.5 Mhz. Which it apparently has been running since i bought it a year ago. But the RAM is a DDR4-3000 kit and should be able to go up to 3000Mhz. I have no clue how to do this and i'd love to know.

My RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 GB DDR4-3000

MoBo: MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon

I'd love to hear something from you guys since i want my PC to run as it should :)

First, go into your bios and look for something that says XMP profile. Enable it, on many motherboards it's all you have to do. Mine which is a Gigabyte is a little more finicky for some reason with my Team group 3000MHZ.

I had to enable XMP, but for some reason, I also had to manually set the speed and adjust the vmem up slightly to 1.37. Mine was correctly setting to 1.35 for XMP and the correct CAS settings, but I couldn't get it to boot at any more than 2800MHZ, or 1400 by CPU-Z. I have spent some more time playing with it and now with the newest BIOS, vmem at 1.37 I can at least get it to run at 2866 (1432 MHZ), but I haven't played with it much lately to see if some more tweaking can get it up to the full 1500.

Put the sticks in stocks A2/B2 then enable XMP/DOCP.

If it doesn't work then update the BIOS.

Alright, i went into BIOS and enabled XMP. I got the options for all the Mhz i could do, it went up to 3200 even thought my RAM should be 3000. Not sure if this is a problem or am i just going to overclock it if i would put it to 3200?
Thanks for the answer tho, i think i put it on like 2833 now. Didn't want to go beyond 3000 yet x) Shows 1463.7 in CPU-Z now but i guess that's right? :)
