Ram Not Used all

Help my ram is not used all only 6.97 GB I got 2 sticks of 4 gb ddr3


Specs:
AMD A6-7400K
GT 730
8 GB Ram Dual-Channel
Zillion A88F2AL2 (P0)
PSU 230 W

Computer is not supposed to use all the ram capacity, it is a resource and computer uses only as much ram as it needs.

So if it is being used for iGPU you can disable it in BIOS

How do I Disable It? can it cause some problems?

In your bios there will be an option that says - Ram and iGPU - although I don't know what terminology your motherboard will say, but normally it's an amount you increase or decrease.
Disabling it will not cause any problems, but if you don't know what you are doing, then don't do it.
