Ram not working dell optiplex 980

I have a dell optiplex 980 with core i5-680 and 4gb and gtx 750 ti
i wanted to upgrade the ram . i went to 3 shops and everytime the guy at shop tries to put the new ram in slots , it turn on but when the windows logo shows up the system crash and the computer restart itself .

i tried many types of ram . the one am using is in the second picture and the first the picutre is the ram i recently bought , it is ddr3 1333mhz 10600 . i want to know what is the problem , is it something in the bios or something else . please look at the pictures in this link http:// and tell me what can i do to fix this problem

Solution
Remove all RAM, install only one new 4 GB RAM, and try the troubleshoot on both slots for a complete boot. Try the other new RAM the same way.

According to specs, they are compatible RAM. Also try the BIOS update with the working RAM as GodEater said. Latest version seems to be A16.

If not already downloaded, go ahead and get Dell Command update, run it, and see if there's a bios update you need to do, the standard memory for these machines is ddr3 @800mhz.
