Ram not working...

Hey guys so i have a problem while i do what i do such as video edit while i am rendering the video the drive is 100% and my 16gb ram is only at 25% and cpu at 100% what should i do as i feel my ram is not being used.

What are your complete system specifications?

Are you reading from one SSD and writing to another SSD or are you only using a single SSD for both reading and writing?
