Ram not working

I recently just RMAed my mobo as it had a broken pin and wasn't reading memory slots so I was forced to run single channel. I got my replacement today and all the pins are intact and not bent and I still have the same issue. I'm really frustrated and am confused on why its still only reading 2 slots. Please help.

Could be unlucky.

Put both sticks of ram in the same two slots on one side. It goes A2 A1 B2 B1.

Whatever a or b side doesn't work try them both in a or both in b.

Did you try one stick at a time and see if it's just a bad stick?

They both work but the B slots don't work

I'd honestly RMA it again. If it does the same thing again, RMA the cpu.
