[SOLVED] RAM not working

The first ram slot is not working plus an orange light is appearing at the right side of the ram slots

I am using 4 g.skill 2x 8gb trident z 2x rip jaw 8gb
1080 ti
i5 3600
b-550f
650w psu

Describe the whole problem - did you populate all 4 RAM channels and it doesn't boot? Tried one stick in each slot and doesn't boot? Need way more details about what you have been doing and what you've tried doing to troubleshoot.

So the pc boots but the monitor says “no video I put” as the first ram slot does not work
