Question RAM OC

hi
my cpu only support 2400MHz (maximum) but my RAM is AEGIS 3000MHz.
just wanna know if i can Overclock it again(using XMP) from 2400MHz to 2666/3000 after i got a newer CPU?

That's my question,yes. but it's not the same and it's still not answered!
Finally i realized myself that problem was that my CPU can't get more than 2400MHz (i3 9100F), So i just wanted to know if i OC my RAM to 2400MHz can i OC it again to 3000MHz later? (using xmp)

XMP is not going to help if IMC in the processor can't handle higher speed.

Yes you can OC your RAM again.

can't oc on that board, but use the xmp profile that the cpu can use
