Hello to anybody, I am new here and I hope somebody can help me, thanks.

I have a Dell Optiplex 5040 SFF and I want to put in more RAM.
Now I have 4GB RAM, model Micron MT8KTF51264AZ-1G9P1, I dont know what frequency it is and it works only in slots 1 and 2. When I try to put it in slots 3 and 4, the power LED blinks several times in a loop. I want to know how to unlock all 4 slots and if I can use DDR3 1333Mhz RAM?

Thank you very much and a great day to all
:)

According to this;

You should look at 4x4GB sticks to populate the slots on your motherboard if you want to pursue 16GB's of ram.

As for the ram that's on the build, you should source the identical stick of ram and then multiple said stick to populate the rest of your slots. Mixing and matching rams are a no-no. These are the specs to your stick of ram;

It's DDR3L-1866MHz.

You might want to see if your prebuilt is pending any BIOS updates.

I can use DDR3 1333Mhz RAM?
You're only going to cripple the system.
