I'm building a new Ryzen 5 1600 system and was wondering if these on-sale ram kits were decent. I haven't seen anything wrong with the reviews of these kits on sale and wanted a second opinion before I pull the trigger.

Team T-Force Night Hawk 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313841
$102.99 DDR4 3000 CAS 16 1.35V

GeIL EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820144929
$104.99 DDR4 3000 CAS 15 1.2V~1.35V

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231977
$121.99 DDR4 3200 CAS 16 1.35V

First, will any difference be noticed in these three ram kits?
Second, will I be better off spending the extra $15 on a more reputable brand? (Ripjaws)
Third, will overclocking the GeIL EVO POTENZA to 3200 be possible if I can get it stable at 1.35V be a better solution than my other options?
Fourth, is there a better ram solution that you can recommend?
(My budget limits any ram over $150 and I would prefer higher speed ram to accompany my Ryzen 5 in heavy editing workloads and multitask streaming games)

Thanks in advance, I want honest opinions with reasonable explanations.
I will be buying my ram before the end of this week!
