Question Ram only works on JEDEC#6

So i am new to this website, i am not a native english speaker and i do not know much about hardware but i am having this problem. So:
i have
RAM: 4 G.Skill Ripjaws V F4-4000C18D-16GVK
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite
POWER SUPPLY: Thermaltake 700W
If you need any other information, just ask for it :)
when i first tried enabling xmp (i have only one xmp profile), when i saved and exited bios, the computer shut down and opened 3 times by itself, every time loading until before the bios (i think). The forth time it booted normally and when i checked the settings the were reverted to jedec#6 (which has these settings: 1066mhz, 15 cas, 1.20 V. Also, all the options i have are JEDEC#5, JEDEC#6, JEDEC#7 and xmp 1 in case you need it :) ). Then, I went back to bios and the profile option said that it was on xmp 1. I then tried changing the values manually: I tried 18 cas and 3000 mhz then 2000mhz but the same exact thing with the xmp happened.
I am willing to provide any information if asked.

So... I tried 2 different sticks, the first one i tried it on the A channel with various combinations of settings and then i removed it and put the second one on the B channel and tried again some settings. Unfortunately, nothing worked.
I am 90% sure it is something with my bios settings. As i said before i am a noob so i might have messed something up. Please just guide me through and suggest anything to try. Thanks.

Set latencies to 18-22-22-42
Note in your BIOS - TRCD(second parameter) is split into TRCDrd/TRCDwr. Same value goes in there.
So it would be first 5 rows: 18-22-22-22-42. Leave rest on auto.
Command rate 2T
DDR voltage 1.35V

Set dram frequency (memory clock speed) to 2133mhz, test.
Increase frequency gradually and test after each step.
2400,2600,2800,2933,3000,3200,3400,3600,3800,4000.

When test fails, then return to previous settings, that worked.
2933mhz should be achievable.
4000mhz might not happen. You'll probably have to stop somewhere in between.
Overclocking frequencies are not guarantied.

All the instructions were very clear and I could follow easily except for the frequency. You mentioned "memory clock soeed" is the one I need to change but I am still not sure because the bios is very confusing. I am about to try everything you said but just to be sure I wanted to ask. So: In my bios I have in total 5 options to change the frequency from and I don't know which one is the correct. The options are:
Under "tweaker" :
  1. System memory multiplier
  2. Fclk frequency
Under "Settings> AMD Overclocking>DDR and infinity fabric frequency/timings":
3. Infinity Fabric Frequency and Dividers

Under "Settings> AMD Overclocking>DDR and infinity fabric frequency/timings> DRAM Timing Configuration":
4.Memory clock speed

Under "Settings>AMD CBS>UMC Common Options> DDR4 common options>DRAM Timing configuration" :
5. Memory Clock speed

Which one of these is the one I need to change to change the ram frequency?

I put the settings exactly as you said but the highest frequency I could achieve was 1667 mhz without my computer shutting down.
Though still this is a lot more than the jedec. And the normal frequency (I mean the double) is 3333 which is not very far from the max 4000 :) . So I am kinda satisfied but still if there is any way to get at least 3800 please just tell me what I need to do. Change some settings that might be interfering? Buy new power supply? New ram? New motherboard?
