recently I found my pc has so many issues,it freezes ,black screen randomly and even appears to be in a reboot loop,the reboot loop can't even get me to the bios.Its quite annoying so yesterday I bought a new set of mb,case except the cpu,ram and gpu.
I built it yesterday and when I turned it on, it boots normally but when I tried to open msi afterburner,it just black screen randomly.i checked the Temps while idle and it seems to be normal. the cpu temp is 41 degrees Celsius and the gpu is 38degrees Celsius. they both were repaste not long ago and fan are all cleaned.And the second time when I tried to boot,it just have the same issue again, reboot loop. the third time I power it on, it boots normally but when I tried to enter gta5,it freezes. Oh God is this a ram or cpu problem.

16gb corsair vengeance 3200mhz ram
nzxt 650w 80plus gold psu
