All I know so far for the GPU is it's a nvidia 1gb and its worth around $100 and runs digital cable
I have 2x2gb stick and i have a 350w power supply

You might be getting a new power supply depending what video card it is. 350w isn't very strong. The cpu isn't terrible and 4gb of ram is doable for playing games. 8gb might be better for some games, but won't give you the same performance boost a stronger graphics card will usually. Since you mentioned the rather small power supply, that's what I'd concentrate on - and depends on what actual graphics card. Just knowing it's a 1gb card and worth around $100 doesn't give enough information.

Yeah I donno the name of it yet, it runs BF4 on medium graphics so regardless its better than mine. Friend said 300w should be enough to run this GPU? also i found a quad core for a good price, i dont mind spending alitle extra for a power supply.. do u think i should even bother buying a CPU or what? http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113348

For the price of the 760k, I'd wait until you wanted to upgrade to something better. It's basically on par with your current cpu, just 4 core instead of 2. I don't think $90 is worth 2 cores.

You might get away with your current power supply so long as you don't overclock. 350 is the minimum requirement for running the gt 545 at stock.

Hmm.. so do you think I should invest in a better PSU? maybe a 500w? i dont mind honestly.. and getting the 760k wont make much of a difference?
