RAM or Internet problem while streaming on OBS

So ive started to stream some fortnite on my computer, but when i get into intense fights and there is too much building i start to lag and i get FPS drops.

My specs are the following:
Windows 10 64bit
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
8GB ram (DDR4)
ASUS B350 motherboard
Geforce gtx 1080 6gb
Kingston SSD disk (which i have the game on)
100/100MB/s Fiber

When playing & streaming i also note that my memory on the control panel is very high. (90%)

If im not streaming my fps is completly fine, do you think its my RAM that is the problem and if so should +8gb do the job?

Whats your CPU and GPU usage while playing and streaming? It does sound like you don't have enough RAM, you can try closing more background applications, Windows starts heavily swapping to page file at about 80% RAM usage.

Hi, thanks for the answer.
The GPU and CPU usage are both low in game (less than 50%) and its not like fortnite is very hard on your computer.

I did some more experimenting though, and i belive that it has something to do with my internet, i just cant seem to fix the problem, no matter what bitrate i have on OBS (stream software) 2500 and 20000 bitrate does the same thing, and i still lag as soon as i see people (not FPS lag) If you have any experience with OBS id appreciate any help possible.
