Question Ram or motherboard problem

Hi. I have a problem which is quite hard to detect. My PC was working good for the past years. A couple of days ago I turned off my pc and an hour later when I turned it on, it wouldn't boot. I had 2 ram sticks installed at that time. However pc boots with either one of these sticks alone. It doesn't with both though, not in single or dual channel.
I updated BIOS to the newest version, ran memtest on both sticks and they passed, intel diagnostic tool also passed so I think CPU is okay. Clearing CMOS also did nothing.
Then I also borrowed a bit faulty Ram stick from a friend and it works together with only one of my sticks, but only in single channel, not dual. The borrowed Ram works alone but only in slot 1 and 2, not 3 and 4. Also my sata ssd appears as unidentified since this incident and i can't get it to work no matter what. Unplugging GPU, coolers, usbs did nothing.
SSD that doesn't work now is: ADATA SU800 512 GB 2.5" SSD.

I think it may be that my ram stick shorted a circuit somehow and fried my slots 3 and 4, my ssd or its connection and also itself somehow a bit so it works only alone.

My specs:
PSU: SeaSonic 650W
MOBO: GIGABYTE Z390 GAMING X
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K
RAM: HyperX Predator RGB (2x8GB), 3200MHz, CL16
GPU: RTX 2060 SUPER Gaming OC

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

In order to rule out your motherboard out, drop your rams onto another platform and see if the issue persists. You could also drop in another ram kit on your board and see if the issue persists.

Then I also borrowed a bit faulty Ram stick from a friend and it works together with only one of my sticks, but only in single channel, not dual.
You can't repair a flat tire by replacing it with another flat tire, LOL, source(borrow, not buy) a ram kit that is known to be working from your friend or neighbor.

Sadly, I don't have another motherboard at the moment, and i know that faulty ram is not the best option 😀 but it helped me learn more about the issue. I don't want to buy f.e. ram and then the mobo turns out bad 🙁
