RAM or RAM slot Issue

so ive had this computer for about a year and it has done most everything i wanted it to do so far but it has had an issue that ive been trying to fix since i got it. i have 6 gigs overall RAM but when i go to system in control panel or anywhere else it tells me that only 3.12 gigs is usable. ive been ripping my hair out trying to make it work but nothing so far. any help is very welcome.

Well i have to ask ... do you really use a windows 64bit?

What happens if you take the micron stick out?

yes it is for sure 64 bit and if i take any of them out the computer crashes

go into your bios & disable your onboard video if you are using a separate videocard which I think that radeon hd 7800 is. in this link which has a picture of your board, which color slots are the ozc & micron in? https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5W_DH_Deluxe/

Try the OCZ in same colored slots and maybe take them out,do a clear cmos and put them back.

both OCZ are in the orange slots on my motherboard and the Micron is between those in the black slot. tried takeing the OCZ reseting CMOS and switching the OCZ's but still the same issue.
