RAM or SSD for my PC

So I have to make a decision on whether I want 480GB of SSD (I currently have 128GB) or add 16GBs of 2400mhz RAM to my PC (Maxing out my motherboard). The real gift I want is to expensive so I am trying to decide between these two gifts. Also I am getting the Corsair H80i CPU cooler because I need a smaller CPU cooler to fit in more Ram. Whether it be now or in the near future.

if I was using the ssd for my os I would buy the RAM but if I was using the SSD to store the files, I would get a better SSD

I do a lot of Gaming, Video Editing, and Audio editing.

I use the 128GB SSD as a boot drive. I would move all of my video editing, audio editing, and image editing software onto my new SSD if that is what I end up getting.
