Question Ram overclock explanation

I have a pretty bad ram kit 2x8gb 2666mhz cl19. When i overclock my ram to 3000mhz cl18 at 1.25v(stable using memtest), my mobo gives it more voltage increasing it to 1.32v. Also when i oc the ram, the cpu vcore jumps op to 1.42v sometimes. How can i stop this?
System:
Ryzen 2400g
16gb ram
240gb ssd
gigabyte ga-a320m s2h v2 mobo

Don't stop it, RAM needs higher voltage when clocked higher and so may need the CPU as memory controller is in it.
