Question RAM Overclock (Help me good people,Pity Please)

So hi ,first i'll start off with my system specs
i5 2400
GTX 1650 Super
8 GB RAM (4GBx2)

Now yes i know its not the best configuration ,only thing decent is perhaps the GPU but i've had lot worse earlier haha
Now i have no clue how i can overclock the ram i have ,gpu i know easy peasy but not needed ,cpu cant and ofcourse there is bottleneck

What i was thinking of RAM overclock but i wouldn't know where to start at all how what and how many numbers to change since CPU-Z shows the following only
Type - DDR3
Size - 8GB
Channel - Dual
DRAM Frequency - 665.1 MHz
CAS Latency - 9.0 clocks
RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD) - 9 clocks
RAS Precharge (tRP) - 9 clocks
Cycle time (tRAS) - 24 clocks
Command Rate (CR) - 1T

now what , how many can these numbers be changed in a range in the BIOS with trial and error so i can get a overclock and later i can stress test it of course

Any and all help i would very much appreciate and forgive my lack of knowledge ,hence i ask your help please
I just wanna game folks decently and get my mind off in difficult times
