Question ram overclock issue

Hello everyone,am having a tiny problem with my RAM and i want to see if anyone can help me.

So basically what is happening is next,i have 2x8gb ram stick and when i boot to my windows 10 it says that only 8gb is usable and the other 8gb is Hardware reserved,i tryed looking it up on web/yt and did all the thing i can find but nothing helped.

I even tested my ram with memtest86 but it was in good condition,can someone help me here?

List the complete specs of this PC.

That would be a lot for hardware reserved, but not unheard off in the case of integrated graphics on a PC still using a HDD, for instance.

GPU : GTX 1050 4gb
Storage 1x Samsung 980 NVMe SSD,1x Apcer Panhter 240gb SSD,1x 1TB hdd

This is odd as you have dGPU and SSD....hmmm

yeah i know,but i just now reinstalled windows again,as i have thought that the problem is in windows but no,its still the same
